We celebrate the many partners that work with us to help malnourished children in Indonesia survive, thrive and grow.
The May 2020 Virtual Wellness Event had several goals. It was a time when many people around the world were under stay-at-home orders to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. For most, this quarantine significantly changed their daily routine and forced people to find new ways to stay healthy.
When we talk about being “on the ground,” we’re describing our work with people who participate in the Power of 5 Campaign programs around the world. These are usually remote locations where our help is needed most.
The month of May brings a special opportunity from the Power of 5 Campaign – all donations will be split equally with 5 COVID-19 relief organizations. And you get to choose which ones.
In addition to fighting childhood malnutrition, our offerings vary from place to place, depending on local needs and cultural influences.
The Power of 5 Campaign is built to accommodate partnerships because we’re fighting a big global issue – childhood malnutrition – and no single group can do it all.
The Power of 5 Campaign is supported by many people and organizations around the world.
As Amway co-founder Rich DeVos once explained, “We believe it is essential to be more than a corporation that simply makes or markets stuff. To remain viable, we know we must first improve the well-being of people around the world.”
The Power of 5 is expanding again – this time in a whole new way. We’re working with our affiliates in Argentina, Korea, Philippines, Thailand and India to add local Power of 5 programs that fight childhood malnutrition with nutrition and health education along with a variety of additional tools.
Thanks to your support, the Nutrilite Power of 5 Campaign is expanding our reach and will be supporting an additional 60,000 children by the end of 2018.
